Orbis is accessed entirely through a standard web browser at https://orbis.run. We do not host installers, browser extensions, or executable binaries. Visiting the site cannot install software on your device. If you encounter a page that claims to offer an Orbis download, treat it as a false or impersonating site and report it to us.

Customer data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship. Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data via Legal & Privacy. Requests are handled in line with applicable law.

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting Orbis, please email security@orbis.run with a description, reproduction steps and any relevant references. Please give us reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly.

A machine-readable contact record is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

These are live third-party classifications for the orbis.run domain. We link to them rather than mirror them so you always see the current status; no service is ever permanently "malware-free" and status can change over time.

Orbis only ever emails from the orbis.run domain. Automated product mail is sent from noreply@orbis.run. Genuine Orbis mail displays the Orbis logo and, in Gmail and other clients that support verified sender marks, a blue verification tick next to the sender name. If either is missing, treat the message with suspicion.
