Lawful-use baseline

Orbis is a business-to-business service. Data obtained through it must be used only for lawful business outreach, in compliance with all applicable data protection, marketing, and consumer privacy laws, and never for consumer lookup, surveillance, or any purpose regulated by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act. Orbis is not a consumer reporting agency and its outputs are not consumer reports. The full list of prohibited uses is in the Terms of Service.

Data scope

Orbis surfaces professional-capacity business contact data compiled from third-party and public sources, together with matches and signals derived from it. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and must be verified before reliance. Special category data, government identifiers, and payment card numbers are out of scope and must not be uploaded to the platform.

Remove my data

Anyone can ask us to remove their personal information from Orbis, whether or not they are a customer. Submit the form below and we will remove matching records and suppress them from future acquisition.
