What we look for
-SQL at an expert level; Postgres and a columnar warehouse such as BigQuery
-Python or TypeScript for pipeline work
-Experience with large-scale dedupe, entity matching or address/email normalisation
-Pragmatic about data quality tradeoffs and their commercial impact
-Bonus: dbt, streaming ingestion, GDPR-aware data handling
