What we look for
-Strong TypeScript/Node or a comparable backend language
-Deep, practical Postgres: transactions, locking, indexing
-Experience with job queues, retries, idempotency and exactly-once thinking
-You debug production incidents from first principles
-Bonus: event-driven systems, Kafka/pg-based queues, edge runtimes
