Build offline and online evals so model or prompt changes are measured, not guessed at.

Control cost and latency
Route between models, cache aggressively and keep per-lead unit economics viable at scale.

Guardrails
Grounding, hallucination control and compliance checks before anything reaches a real inbox.

-Shipped LLM-backed features to production, not just prototypes
-Strong TypeScript or Python; comfortable in both is ideal
-Practical experience with tool-calling, retrieval and structured outputs
-You measure quality with evals rather than vibes
